HAIR SMELL:

Factory washes the hair with warm water and shampoo, and we will put hair oil to the hair before shipment, preventing the hair from being dyed during longer-term delivery. But the smell will disappear after washing it with good shampoo and conditioner.

BODY WAVE HAIR TEXTURE:

Wavy or curly hair was made by steam, without any chemicals, so the texture will looser after washing. Please kindly understand we do it for maintaining the hair’s lifetime and natural state.

HAIR CARE PRODUCTS:

Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning the hair is very important to keep it soft & manageable. Let it air dry instead of blow dry.

COLORING:

All hair can be dyed or bleached to any color you want, except #613, but remember virgin hair will be easily dry after leaving the hair donor, so don’t dye or bleach hair too frequently, it will damage the hair. Also, please do it professionally.

LENGTH :

We will double-check the hair type and length before the shipment. When you receive the hair, you can measure it by stretching it, so you can get the correct length.

SPLIT/DRY ENDS:

Only virgin hair will have split ends. Our hair will be lit dry after leaving the hair donor because it lost human nutrition. You can put someoliveargan oil to keep them good.
